Our Contract
The above-described puppy/dog is in sound body and good health and free from communicable diseases as far as it appears to the eye at the time of sale. The purchaser has the right to take the puppy/dog to a veterinarian of their choice, at their expense, within 72 hours (excluding weekends). If the purchaser does not wish to do this, they accept the puppy/dog "as is" at the time of sale with no warranty or guarantee.
Any life threatening disorder must be verified, in writing, and notarized, by the veterinarian and presented to me within five days of the vet check along with the necropsy. Ear mites, worms, and coccidia are not serious health problems if treated and not covered by this warranty. The pup will be replaced only if the disorder results in the loss of the pup. Replacements to be breeders choice of stock on hand or expected litters. If the pup is revaccinate before a three-week interval, this contract will be void and any evidence of neglect or abuse will void this contract. NO REFUNDS.
We reserve the right to have the pup/dog examined by our veterinarian prior to any adjustments. Based on our Veterinarians findings then and only then, will an adjustment be made. Seller does not guarantee adult's size, color, or height of pups.
The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy/dog after leaving the premises regarding medical expenses, landlord disapproval, people allergies or disagreements among household members regarding puppy/dog. No returns will be accepted once a puppy/dog has left the premises due to exposure of outside diseases, which in turn could jeopardize the health of the entire kennel.
Your new puppy should not be socialized until he/ she has had a series of puppy shots. This would included at least three puppy shots to protect against communicable disease. A record of shots and worming's is included with each pup.
To hold the puppy we will accept a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. At the time of pick up the full amount is due unless given the authority to deposit check. If a check is used as a form of deposit, we will hold it and return it when the puppy is picked up. We can only accept money orders, and cash as a form of final payment. If puppy is not picked up by the specific date of availability, we have the right to deposit any check.
